About Me

My name is Bruno Ciano and I have created this blog as a result of my passion for techniques and methods in project management applied to software development, and the drive to document and share my knowledge gained during my work experience and studies.

I feel that it's important to know things from the principle point of view before applying anything into practice. It helps not only on concept and implementation work but choosing appropriate tools for the job.

Each item in this blog is posted randomly and can be further analyzed for specialization purposes.

My background is in Computer Science Engineering and, after many years of software analysis and design work in research and development and professional services, I had the opportunity to specialize and practice project and program management applied in various domain.

I believe in lifelong learning and appreciate processes and methods that help improve people's performance and organizations, contributing to the ever evolving work culture.
